Who we are
A technology partner, not a ticket queue
Starsfusion Pty Ltd operates from Bankstown in south-western Sydney, working with organisations across New South Wales and the rest of Australia. We deliver AI and automation, cloud infrastructure, custom software, data platforms, cybersecurity, IT consulting and product design.
We started because too much technology work is sold on optimism and delivered by whoever is available. Our answer is deliberately unglamorous: scope things properly, put experienced engineers on the work, write down the decisions, and stay accountable for the result.
That means we sometimes talk clients out of projects. It also means the ones we take on tend to last.

How we're set up
Small enough to care, structured enough to deliver
Every engagement has a named senior lead who stays with it from the first conversation to the final handover. You won't be passed to a different team once the contract is signed.
We work in short cycles with working software at the end of each one, so progress is something you can click through rather than read about. Decisions, trade-offs and risks are recorded as we go, and that record is part of what you receive at handover.
